These J-cups feature a thick urethane insert to protect your barbell, and a plastic lining to protect the power rack uprights. Flat J-cups are tough, with a weight capacity of 1,000lbs, and they’re laser cut and bent with rounded corners. The bottom liners are one piece to prevent rotation of the liners. The 5000 Series J-cups are designed for 3x3” uprights with 1” pins. They extend off the rack 6”.
