Schwinn Fitness 700IC Indoor Cycle

Bring focused, low-impact cardio training into your home with the Schwinn 700IC Indoor Cycling Bike. Designed for riders who want a smooth, challenging and adjustable indoor cycling experience, the 700IC combines an 18 kg flywheel, quiet belt-drive system and manually controlled felt-pad resistance to support everything from steady endurance sessions to high-intensity interval workouts.

The heavy flywheel helps maintain consistent momentum throughout each ride, while the smooth belt-drive system keeps noise to a minimum. Resistance can be increased or reduced using the easy-to-reach control dial, allowing you to adjust the intensity without interrupting your workout.

A fully adjustable, ventilated race-style seat and adjustable padded handlebars make it easier to find a comfortable riding position. The Schwinn 700IC is suitable for different users within the household and can be adapted for a more upright or performance-focused cycling position.

The dual-link SPD pedals give you the option to ride using compatible cycling shoes and SPD clips or secure standard trainers inside the integrated toe cages. This provides greater flexibility for experienced cyclists, beginners and shared home gym environments.

Monitor your performance using the built-in LCD console, which displays essential workout data including time, distance, speed, RPM and estimated calories burned. The bike also supports wireless heart-rate monitoring, allowing compatible heart-rate equipment to provide additional insight into your training intensity.

An integrated media rack securely holds a compatible smartphone or tablet, making it easy to follow an online cycling class, watch entertainment or listen to music while exercising. An oversized water bottle holder keeps hydration close at hand, while built-in transport wheels help you reposition the bike after training.

With a substantial 46 kg assembled weight and a maximum user weight of 136 kg, the Schwinn 700IC offers a stable platform for regular home workouts without requiring mains power. The console operates using two AA batteries, so the bike can be positioned wherever it suits your home gym setup.
