Collection: Sprint Tracks, Sled Tracks & Gym Turf

A turf lane changes what a room can do – prowler pushes, sled drags and sprint work in a space that was only ever a weights floor. Tracks run from 1.33m to 2m wide in 10m, 15m and 20m lengths, indoor or outdoor, plain or with full line markings – or build a lane to your exact size from 1m turf tiles.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a sled push track?
Most of our tracks come in 10m lengths: the Gymgear Sprint Track is 10m × 1.5m and the SUPA Turf two-lane sled track is 10m × 2m. To fit an exact space, 30mm turf tiles let you build a track to any length or width. Sprung also offers a roll-out laned track with a Hyrox length option.
Can sprint tracks be used outdoors?
Many can. The Gymgear 10m × 1.5m Sprint Track is built for daily use indoors or outdoors, and the Plain Sprint Tracks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Sprung also lists dedicated outdoor sled tracks and outdoor gym turf. Check each listing, because some tracks are described as indoor only.
How do you fix a sprint track to the floor?
Roll-out sprint and sled tracks are fixed with heavy-duty double-sided tape or flooring adhesive, both sold separately; Sprung also sells sled track turf tape. Turf tiles are different: the 30mm Premium Turf Tiles loose-lay and join with plastic connectors, so no glue is needed and they sit level with rubber floor tiles.
Should I choose gym turf tiles or a sprint track roll?
A roll gives one continuous track: the Gymgear Sprint Track has a 15mm pile with 0.5m line markings. 30mm turf tiles combine a 20mm shock-absorbing base with a 10mm turf surface, so they also work as a surface for kettlebells and free weights, and you can build any size. Choose tiles if the area must do both jobs.
