Outdoor rubber has to cope with rain, frost and UV as well as weight, which rules out most indoor tiles. The range covers 30mm and 43mm outdoor tiles at 1m x 1m and 500mm safety tiles, for garden gyms, sled areas and playgrounds where an indoor tile would not last a British winter.

Can rubber gym tiles be used outside?
Yes, if they are made for it. Our 30mm Outdoor Rubber Tiles and 43mm version are designed to withstand all weather conditions and intense sunlight, for outdoor gyms, gardens, patios and play areas. The 50cm × 50cm tiles have a UV-resistant, anti-slip surface for indoor and outdoor use. Standard indoor tiles are not described as outdoor tiles.
Are outdoor rubber tiles slippery when wet?
Our outdoor rubber tiles are made to stay grippy. The 50cm × 50cm rubber tiles are described as non-slip even when the surface is wet, and the 1m × 1m outdoor tiles have comfortable, non-slip surfaces. Keep the surface clear of moss and leaves, and clean with a damp mop and neutral cleaner.
What thickness of outdoor rubber tile should I choose?
Our 1m × 1m outdoor tiles come in 30mm and 43mm. The thicker tile is better suited to protecting heavy equipment and to high-impact gym and fitness use. The 30mm tile suits gardens, patios and general outdoor training. Smaller areas can use the 50cm × 50cm tiles in 20mm or 30mm. Compare them in outdoor and safety rubber tiles.
