JAF Retail Ltd trading as Motion Range (“Motion Range”, “we”, “our” or “us”) has created its website and online e-commerce shop https://www.motionrange.co.uk “Website” through the Shopify platform. Our Website enables us to sell and supply our products to our customers.

This Privacy Policy governs those who will access and use our Website as a customer (“Authorised User”) which means you will complete our online ordering process, enabling you to purchase our products, those that we work with in the provision of our services (“Services”), or those that are general visitors to the Website (“you” or “your”) for the purpose of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to any personal data we collect through our business and within the Website to enable us to deliver our Services and sell our products.
