The Exigo® GLS Front Facing Lat Pulldown combines real-world training experience with British engineering to create a pulldown designed around how resistance actually feels throughout the repetition. Made in Britain and built solid, it brings a refined approach to plate-loaded lat training with a resistance experience that can be tuned to suit the individual.

At the heart of the design is a dual loading-horn system, allowing the position of the weight plates to change the machine’s leverage and reshape the resistance curve. By moving the plates between loading positions, users can alter how the resistance is distributed throughout the movement. Combined with fore-aft seat adjustment, which changes the starting force angle and initial resistance experience, users have two independent ways to fine-tune how the machine feels. 

The linked lever system coordinates handle and loading-arm movement to deliver a smooth, robust training experience. A spacious stretch position, adjustable seat and thigh restraints provide a repeatable setup, while adjustable / rotatable handles allow users to tailor their preferred line of pull.  

Designed around a simple principle, move the plates, change the curve; move the seat, change the starting angle. The Exigo® GLS Front Facing Lat Pulldown gives lifters greater control over their resistance experience.
