Provides the functionality of a functional trainer machine in a low-profile rack attachment without the bulk of a freestanding unit or an Ares.
The light and smooth trolleys with a knurled handle and oversized pop-pin are easy to move with one hand, but strong enough to handle heavy weight. They're lined with a special plastic to protect your uprights.
The integrated band pegs on the base and headplate provide the option to create added resistance with bands up to a max weight capacity of 540lbs.
Includes a urethane D Handle attachment (one per unit) and is compatible with a wide assortment of cable attachments.
This attachment features high-quality cables made from galvanized wire with a raw steel core and strong aluminum pulleys. The front pulleys have a 180-degree swivel for versatility working outside the rack.
A conversion kit will be available for people who want to transform their plate-loaded version to the selectorized version in the future.
