The Sports Handle weighs just 3.3lbs, so it is lightweight and easy to store, move, or attach wherever you need it. It's also incredibly versatile, depending on how you use it. You can use it for cross-body movements and to train athletic swinging exercises, such as baseball, golf, and tennis. It's also great for other upper-body movements, like cable hammer curls. It does not come with a carabiner.
