The Olympic Quad-Grip Weight Plates, crafted from steel and coated in low-odour rubber, feature four ergonomic grips for easy handling. These grips facilitate quick loading and unloading on barbells, while also allowing the plates to be utilized as standalone exercise tools.

Ideal for individual use, they enhance warm-up sessions, contribute to upper body functional training, and are effective for abdominal workouts on the floor.

Available in five different weights ranging from 2.5 kg to 20 kg, each plate is designed to fit Olympic-type barbells with a 51 mm internal hole diameter.
