Delivery, returns & warranty

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on UK orders over £500. Under £500, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Lead times vary by product and are shown on each product page.

How long will delivery take?

Many items are dispatched within 2–10 working days. Made-to-order and commercial equipment takes longer – in some cases up to around 8 weeks. The product page shows the lead time, and we confirm it in writing when we accept your order.

Do you install equipment or fit out gyms?

We don't install equipment or fit out gyms, with one exception: we can install Jordan flooring. Email info@motionrange.co.uk with the flooring you're looking at and the area you're covering, and we'll come back to you with a price. For everything else, we deliver to the address you give us. If you're equipping a studio or workplace gym, call 0333 880 7174 (9am–5pm Monday to Friday) or email info@motionrange.co.uk and we'll help you choose the right kit and plan the delivery.

Do you offer trade accounts?

No. We don't run trade accounts or offer credit terms – orders are paid for upfront. All prices include VAT, and your order confirmation shows the VAT paid. If you're buying for a business, we'll put together a project quote instead.

Do you offer bulk discounts on flooring?

On larger flooring orders, yes – email info@motionrange.co.uk with the flooring you're looking at and the area you're covering, and we'll come back to you with a price.

Can you quote for a gym, studio or club?

Yes. For anything in our range we'll put together one itemised project quote, with quantities worked out from your measurements and delivery planned to your site. See how project quotes work.

Why do some products say "Request a quote" instead of showing a price?

Some commercial machines are priced on request. Use the Request a quote button on the product page, call 0333 880 7174 (9am–5pm Monday to Friday) or email info@motionrange.co.uk, and we'll come back to you with a price and lead time.

What warranty do I get?

Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and differ by brand. The exact cover is listed on every product page, so you can check it before you buy.

What's your returns policy?

You have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you'd like to return something, then a further 14 days to send it back. Please contact returns@motionrange.co.uk before sending anything – many items ship direct from the manufacturer, so the return address varies. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Faulty items are refunded in full, including the original delivery charge. See the full refund policy.

How many tiles do I need?

Multiply your floor's length by its width to get the area in square metres, then divide by the area of one tile and round up. Tile sizes are listed on each product page. For example, a 4m × 3m floor is 12 m². Our 20mm wood effect tiles are 1m × 0.5m, so each covers 0.5 m² and that floor needs 24 tiles.
