3-in-1 Wood Plyo Boxes

The 3-in-1 Wood Plyo Boxes are versatile and strong enough to handle a variety of plyometric and box-related exercises. Each box features three different height options, depending on which end they’re resting on. Just flip them over and note the easy-to-read measurements on the sides for quick identification. The boxes come in three different sizes: small (12x14x16”, 16lbs); in-between (16x18x20”, 30lbs); medium (16x20x24”, 35lbs); and large (20x24x30”, 50lbs).

They are made from construction-grade, ¾” plywood that’s reinforced with internal support for the three larger boxes (the small one doesn’t need to be reinforced). Predrilled holes, unique interlocking joints, and the internal structure provide extra strength, while also making the boxes easy to assemble by reducing the number of screws needed. The edges are sanded down to minimize scrapes during exercises. Boxes are rated for up to 400lbs.
