At only 85lbs, this lightweight and maneuverable bench includes a built-in upright storage post with rubber coating to protect your floors and add extra stability.
This versatile adjustable bench is ideal for a wide range of athletes and features 7 back positions (0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat positions (0, 10, and 20 degrees). The closed ladder design prevents you from lifting the ladder out when adjusting your AB-4100. We’ve also minimized the gap between the seat and back pad (1.57”) and married it with a squared off 12” back pad, featuring our improved CleanGrip pad material, so athletes of any size can lift comfortably and worry-free.
