The Open Row is made from high-quality, long-lasting hard chrome. It features shallow knurling, enough to provide subtle grip assistance but not too much to hurt your hands. Weighing just over 7lbs, the Open Row attachment is lightweight and easy to store, move, or attach wherever you need it.

While the bar is best known for seated and standing rows, it’s also incredibly versatile, depending on how you attach it to the cables and use it. You can also use it for triceps pushdowns and other arm, shoulder, and back movements. The Open Row is 25mm in diameter, with 13.4” between handles. It does not come with a carabiner.
