Description

The Rival Strength Folding FID Adjustable Weight bench, offering incline, decline and flat benching positions. This bench is ideal for those looking to add a lot of variety to their workouts, without taking up lots of space. The decline position offers the ability to do seated sit ups, decline dumbbell and barbell press and many more great exercises.

The bench also features a collapsible front leg, for more convenient storage. When in its folded option, the bench can be stored on the floor or against a wall without taking up much space. Wall-mounted storage is also possible, by utilising our wall-mounting hack, as shown in the images provided! This utilises our Dip Station Storage, which is sold separately. 

The bench features cushioned leg supports, providing added stability when pressing, this is ideal when in decline position. The bench also includes caster wheels and handle for easy mobility around your gym.

The bench also features an additional arm to improve strength and stability when lifting in the flat position.
