Rival Strength's Hex Bar has been designed to add further functionality to a classic Hex Bar. This bar is ideal for reducing unnecessary stresses on thighs and torso when lifting, isolating the correct muscle groups when performing a deadlift for example. Neutral handle grip further improves comfort when lifting.

The bar has an even weight of 20KG, unlike other speciality bars on the market. This means you can load the bar in even increments, making tracking your progress easier while offering a similar weight and feel to a regular Olympic Barbell.

The bar offers two handle variations for pulling at different heights! The handles are 28mm in diameter and are all knurled for improved grip.

A pair of Olympic Spring Collars are included with the bar.

Suitable for all weight plates with an Olympic 50mm / 2" hole diameter.

  • Notice: The bar should always be stored unloaded, without weights on the sleeves. Ensure the bar is kept on a non-abrasive material, such as, plastic, nylon or rubber. To avoid rust clean the bar on a daily basis, wipe off all excess chalk after the workout.
